Trauma Recovery Therapy and Resource Page

As an expert and a pro at trauma recovery, I am there for you. I have recovered from severe traumas and I have aided hundreds of others on their trauma recovery journey!

You can feel better more quickly than you can now imagine if you are dealing with a recent or long past trauma in your life. You may be discouraged and exhausted from all the attempts at healing you have already made. It may be time for you to seek someone with enough compassion and knowlege to really assure your success this time on the healing journey. My step by step healing process are tailored to each and every person and situation. I will listen to your story and your symptoms, and as I do, I will be formulating and sharing with you the strategies, tools, and attitudes that will help you recover at the fastest rate possible. The best way for me to help anyone with their trauma recovery process is through a series of weekly therapy sessions in my Santa Rosa office.

That being said, I am also available for those who prefer or need to work with me online or in telephone sessions. (Only in person sessions are covered by health insurance policies). Trauma Recovery For Me

I will email you the first lesson in the form of a power point presentation for FREE. This course is an 8 week long course in which you will receive a weekly 4 part lesson. In each lesson will be 1) information to educate you on trauma and recovery 2) Healing experiential exercises for you to do 3) journaling guidelines to aid your self knowledge and draw out your inner strengths 4) books and other resource recommendations.

Year Of Healing(ongoing online support group for survivors of trauma) In this open entrance/exit year long program you will be guided and supported through a step by step healing process allowing for an exploration and healing in depth.		Introduction to Meditation 4 part introduction to meditation. Includes 4 video seminars. Each seminar includes several examples of meditations with full instructions on how to practice these beginner friendly forms of mediation.
You will have the structure and support that allows you to move forward from a stuck in trauma/depression/anxiety mode into being fully productive, and as healthy and happy as you can be.		The series include a workbook, and seminar downloads for each of the 4 video lessons. Year of Healing includes: *One 20 minute individual call with me to determine if this group is right for you and orient you toward your personal goal setting for YOUR Year of Healing.		This program consists of weekly text presentations sent to your email address on the topics most pertinent to trauma recovery: 1- Understanding Trauma and learning how to reset your system if you get triggered
Two introductory video workshops to get you ready to enter the group at any time of the year.		2- Seeing and Breaking the traumatic thinking patterns
* (12) Monthly teleseminar setting the topic and information for healing in a different area of healing each month.		3- Learning to Listen Calmly and Respond Better to others. 4- Calming the body in 4 ways
* Weekly calls for the entire year following up on the monthly call topic, providing you with additional support, tools, resources, and most importantly answering your questions and helping you to overcome the obstacles you face in Your Year of Healing!		5- Reclaim Your Connection to Natures Healing 6- Making Inner Peace a Priority and a Reality 7- Review and Journaling 8- Follow Up, deepening each of the above topics
